Terumo Aortic requires a maintenance coordinator to manage PPMs scheduled through CMMS system and monitor contracts with suppliers and arrange site visits. This is an excellent role which offers career development whilst working with a great team.
Key Duties Include

- Overseeing all facilities and equipment maintenance services across the business, ensuring that the property is managed and maintained in line with relevant health & safety regulations
- Issue work orders and control maintenance planning schedule
- Manage new asset addition and co-ordination of maintenance schedules and activities
- Provide data to help develop performance metrics for key performance indicators – MTTR, MTBF, OEE etc
- Supporting coordination of incoming reactive maintenance requests
- Working closely with maintenance team and external partners to ensure that all proactive and reactive maintenance jobs are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard, prioritising according to urgency and business needs
- Supporting with ad hoc projects to continually develop maintenance management system
- Support internal and external audit requests as required
- Experience of operating a computerised maintenance management system.
