Luggage porters in our team provide a warm welcome to our guests, assisting with their luggage and fulfilling their requests promptly and efficiently. They are instrumental in creating a memorable stay for each of our guests.

- Greet our guest with a warm welcome and an infectious smile
- Assists our guests in and out vehicles by opening doors graciously and courteously.
- Ensuring all luggage needs are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Knowledgeable about the hotel facilities, activities, promotions, and happenings in the local area to provide accurate information.
- Deliver or collect any guest’s packages, messages, and letters from their rooms.
- Manage luggage storage room ensuring luggage is labeled and stored neatly.
- Providing high quality service comes naturally to you.
- A smart and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication skills
- You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
