What You’ll Do as a Logistics AssociateThis is an entry level role to join Doccla's logistics team. This team is responsible for managing and moving all of the medical devices use by our patients. You will be part of a small but growing team of logistics specialists and have great opportunities to learn about stock and device management as well as getting great insight into how a small, growing startup operated.
This is a perfect role for someone looking to start a career in logistics or operations.
The role:Preparation of devices for patients: packing boxes of equipment, decontaminating medical devices, testing medical devices, setting up mobile phones
Logistics processes: managing devices, updating asset management logs, updating logistics tickets, clearly communicating with other team members about the status of deliveries
Following standard operating procedures and policies, particularly relating to patient safety and information governance
Securely and sensitively handling confidential patient data.
Previous work experience, preferably experience of working under time pressure
Experience of working independently with minimal supervision and following specific instructions to meet hard deadlines
Experience in logistics, distribution, or stock management preferable
Basic knowledge of smartphones and Office software
Clear communicator
High attention to detail
Highly diligent
Motivated to work in healthcare
Ability to lift boxes up to 15 kg.
Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods
Available to work full time from the Hammersmith Office
Willing to work some weekends and evenings
Based in the UK and not requiring a visa
Excellent spoken and written English
Able to work on your feet for periods of a few hours
Saturday cover: Occasional Saturday shifts based on a rota (approximately 3 hours).

We’re a hybrid team, with offices in London, Denmark, Germany, and Stockholm. Some roles are fully remote, depending on the team and responsibilities.
