Purpose and Mission
- Responsible for supporting the Logistics Agent in the timely movements of goods (part time).
- Review, verify and reconcile shipping documents.
- Prepare invoices, credit notes.
- Supervise loading/unloading, sorting, stocking, and packaging merchandise.
- Maintain contact with vendors and customers for timely goods delivery.
- Interact with third-party logistics service providers.
- Audit freight costs and verify documentation.
- Attention to detail: accuracy in paperwork and compliances.
- Effective communication with colleagues, vendors, and drivers.
- Understanding shipping processes and MS Office suit Flexibility in handling changing priorities, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- High School diploma
