What You’ll Do
As a Locum Engagement Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our locum talent pool. You’ll be responsible for managing a high volume of candidate leads, developing attraction strategies, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your day-to-day will include:
- Screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates to assess clinical suitability.
- Planning and coordinating timely inductions to maximise engagement.
- Collaborating closely with the in-house Talent Team and external agencies.
- Negotiating induction and shift placement costs effectively.
- Maintaining full compliance across the locum bank and managing feedback centrally.
- Driving quality and engagement through Recruitment+ and other systems.
- Advising stakeholders on GDPR and eligibility regulations.
- Meeting SLA targets for candidate contact, conversion, and induction.
- Proactively contributing ideas to improve departmental outcomes.
- Aligning strategies with our employer brand and retention goals.
- Supporting team culture and raising issues constructively.

- Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
