As a Load Controller-Dispatcher, You'll Be The Vital Link Between Ground Operations And Flight Crews, Making Split-second Decisions That Ensure Aircraft Depart Safely, On Time, And With Optimal Efficiency. Your Expertise Directly Impacts:
- Safety: Executing meticulous weight & balance calculations that safeguard every flight
- Efficiency: Coordinating all turnaround services with great precision
- Compliance: Maintaining the exacting standards that define excellence in aviation
- Aircraft Turnaround Management: Coordinate and synchronise all ground services including fuelling, catering, cleaning, and baggage loading
- Weight and Balance Calculation: Using manual documentation and departure control systems to ensures the aircraft is within safe operational limits.
- Communication: Serve as the authoritative liaison between flight deck, ground teams, and airline operations
- Documentation Excellence: Produce and verify essential flight documentation with unwavering attention to detail
- Aviation Experience: Proven track record in aircraft dispatch operations, particularly with wide-body weight & balance systems
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills—both written and verbal
- Mobility: Valid full UK driving license for airside operations Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with specialised aviation software and systems
- Safety Focus: Demonstrated commitment to aviation safety protocols
- Flexibility: Adaptability to dynamic shift patterns (including 4:00am starts and 23:30 finishes)
- Security Clearance: Ability to pass comprehensive pre-employment checks including 5-year history verification, criminal record checks, and aviation medical requirements
