What you'll be doing
We're seeking a passionate Platform Admin Specialist to join our Professional Services team and help our customers achieve their learning goals. You'll work closely with Thrive customers providing hands-on administration support, and expert guidance to ensure they maximise platform usage and drive employee engagement.

We're seeking a passionate Platform Admin Specialist to join our Professional Services team and help our customers achieve their learning goals. You'll work closely with Thrive customers providing hands-on administration support, and expert guidance to ensure they maximise platform usage and drive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the platform administration and maintenance covering audiences, content, campaigns, performance insight and more.
- Build strong relationships with our customer base, understanding key goals and organisational objectives.
- Supporting our customers who have just launched Thrive with a consultative approach, driving seamless integration and optimisation across the business.
- Be the expert in all aspects of a customer's digital product ownership, from optimising platform usability to creating personalised learner pathways for maximum engagement.
- Provide consultative guidance to customers, ensuring that they get the most value from Thrive products and services, demonstrating business impact whilst delivering against their wider learning strategy
- Oversee the creation of digital learning, leveraging the power of Thrive’s features to create immersive learning experiences.
- Ideally experience working with Thrive’s LMS as an administrator/learner or another Learning platform.
- You’re passionate about great learning experiences and pushing the boundaries of how Learning and Development (L&D) teams can support businesses in meeting their goals.
- A confident communicator, able to effectively lead conversations with L&D leaders.
- Customer-centric with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Technical learning agility. Understand, and be genuinely curious, about all aspects of the technology and be able to clearly communicate these with internal and external stakeholders.
