About the role:
This role ensures the day-to-day organisation of customer collections, finding ways to improve customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service. You will work with Linehaul Drivers and sites across our network to ensure smooth and efficient plans that our drivers can follow.

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Planning large volume uplifts
- Long, medium and short-term planning for holidays and peak times
- Keeping sustainability at the forefront of your mind, and how we can plan in ways that more sustainable
- Provide audits and reviews on our Hubs
- Holiday support for key members of the team
- Day to day management of customer plans
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and be able to work well under pressure
- 1-2 years' experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
