- – Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- – Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
- – Previous production experience, preferably in the food industry.
- – Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- – Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- – Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- – Flexibility to work shifts as required.
