We have an excellent opportunity for a Lifting Equipment Inspector/Engineer to join Specialist plant
As a Lifting Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Periodic inspection, maintenance and repair of equipment
Preparation of lifting equipment
Return of equipment to stock after return, with appropriate checks
Maintenance of equipment
Stock control
Experience Required for the Lifting Inspection Engineer/Inspector:
Familiar with the inspection, maintenance and repair of lifting and suspension equipment, including Manual Chain Blocks, Hoists, Wire Rope, Polyester and Chain Slings, Steel Rope Assemblies, Shackles and Links, Manual Lifting Equipment and/or Lifting Beams
Evidence Of Appropriate Qualifications
IT literate
The starting Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications but training will be provided. Ideally the candidate would be LEEA Qualified with previous experience in a similar role and a full UK driving licence. We require an enthusiastic and self motivated person with knowledge of Lifting Equipment, the role offers a great deal of diversity and opportunities for progression.
