DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking experienced LGV C+E (HGV Class 1) Night Drivers to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Work pattern Sunday to Thursday - set start times available between 15:00-23:00 (flexibility required)
- Brewery work - trunking of product to other depot - trailer swapping or palletised customer deliveries
- Some RDC work will include occasional self tip using an electric pump truck
- Overtime and additional shifts available
- Work for other business units will be required as part of the role
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
- You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Candidates must have a MINIMUM of 12 months commercial LGV C+E driving experience.
- Suitable candidates MUST live locally to Burton Upon Trent DE14 1PT
