The Opportunity

As a LFP Senior Product Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in delivering our lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cell technology across high-impact programmes—particularly in the passenger vehicle sector.

Key Responsibility Areas
What You'll Do
- Be the technical authority for Agratas' LFP products—internally and externally.
- Support product strategy by contributing deep technical insights and competitive benchmarking.
- Lead LFP technology discussions during internal reviews and customer engagements.
- Develop and refine validation plans aligned to product and customer requirements.
- Ensure successful programme delivery through quality documentation and engineering support at key gateways.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, validation, pack integration, and commercial teams to enable seamless product implementation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Deep technical understanding of LFP cell chemistry and architecture, preferably for passenger vehicle applications.
- Proven experience in battery cell validation, integration, or development.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements.
- Effective communicator with the ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions.
- Experience working with or for a Tier 1 battery manufacturer.
- Familiarity with commercial LFP cell analysis.
- Experience with PLM systems and structured engineering documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical field.
- A hands-on technical leader who owns outcomes and delivers with urgency.
- A collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional team.
- A problem-solver with a structured approach and a passion for advancing battery technology.
