What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Lenovo Business Manager to lead the growth of our Lenovo portfolio across devices, services, and solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive “hunter” who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue across both new and existing accounts.

What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Lenovo Business Manager to lead the growth of our Lenovo portfolio across devices, services, and solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive “hunter” who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue across both new and existing accounts.
- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across the Lenovo product and services portfolio, including devices, peripherals, services, and solutions.
- Expand wallet share within existing accounts by cross-selling and upselling Lenovo offerings, with a focus on services such as Premier Support, Asset Recovery, and Device-as-a-Service (DaaS).
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans aligned with Lenovo’s growth objectives, including re-engagement campaigns and workstation development strategies.
- Collaborate with Lenovo channel teams and distributors to maximise marketing development funds (MDF), incentives, and co-branded campaigns.
- Position Lenovo’s value-added services.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and performance reporting using CRM tools.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and account development.
- Strong understanding of the Lenovo product and services ecosystem.
- Ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear, customer-centric manner.
- Experience working with channel partners and leveraging vendor programmes.
- Commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and high energy.
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Lenovo tools, rebates, and partner portals is a plus.
- Please note this role is a full-time office based role working from our HQ in Watford Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
- 20 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year of loyal service (up to 25 days) plus 10 personal days and an extra half day off on your birthday.
