Are you currently an in-house lawyer looking for a fresh opportunity?

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on role in a small, collaborative Legal team where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, contribute ideas and improve how we work. Your main duties will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising legal documentation
  • Managing, preparing and updating contracts, policies and procedures
  • Advising colleagues at all levels on commercial, contractual and operational matters (including employment law, compliance and risk issues).
  • Building trusted relationships across the business and becoming a go-to advisor for practical, solution-focused guidance.

Please note we would consider individuals on a full time or part time (0.8 FTE) basis.

You must have:

  • Experience of advising on a variety of corporate and commercial legal matters
  • A commercial mindset with an understanding of how legal issues affect businesses
  • Strong background in commercial contracts
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence working independently but enjoy being part of a collaborative, supportive team.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experience with, or an interest in, technology or regulated environments in the UK and US would be highly beneficial but is not essential.
