Legal Counsel - 3-6mths, £400 per day

International technology business looking for a Legal Counsel, initially on a three to six month basis with a strong likelihood of extension. This is a hybrid working arrangement with three days per week required at the offices in Central London.

Working in a small and collegiate team, you will be given responsibility for drafting, negotiating and advising the business on a range of commercial agreements. These include technology contracts, NDAs, supplier agreements and client engagements. You will also have the opportunity to support on matters relating to date privacy, marketing/advertising, intellectual property and employment. The postholder will also be required to engage with the business to provide ad-hoc advice on a range of legal and commercial scenarios.

The client believes that the role is best suited to a qualified lawyer in the 2-5 PQE range (but applications from all levels will be considered on merit). You must have a proven track record of successfully drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as being a self-starter who can pick up new concepts quickly.
