Lecturer Entrepreneurship (m/f/d)

IU Group is seeking a Lecturer Entrepreneurship (m/f/d) for The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF) on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis (minimum 12 hours per week), with a start date of May 1, 2025. The position is based in London and includes a flexible working arrangement that combines remote work with on-site duties.

YOUR TASKS:

• You cover specific topics in the field of Entrepreneurship, including the following courses: Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Lean Startup, Start-Up Lab, Business Model Design, Disruptive Innovation, Entre- and Intrapreneurship, Introduction to User Research, Start-Up Financing, Corporate Governance and Strategy, and Seminar: Current Topics of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
• You conduct live sessions, including preparation and follow-up, and answer questions on the course feed.
• You create media content, such as adapting scripts and crafting exam guides.
• You participate in committee meetings and collaborate on didactic projects for further development.
• You supervise and mentor students, preparing them for their professional careers.
• You create and grade evaluations and ensure first-class quality in our teaching materials.

YOUR PROFILE:

• A relevant scientific profile in the field of Entrepreneurship.
• Practical experience in the relevant field and subject area.
• Initial experience in higher education teaching, recognized by a fellowship of the Advance Higher Education, a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE), or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Competence in creating teaching materials, with experience in online teaching as a plus.
• Strong interest in innovative and modern digital
• Team-oriented approach and enthusiasm for interacting with students.
