Learning Support Assistant Needed in Hailsham, East Sussex Are you a dynamic and imaginative person who can quickly connect with SEN and mixed ability students?

We are looking for a committed SEN Learning Support Assistant to fill several temporary roles in a network of specialist schools in or around East Sussex. The position entails supporting primary and secondary students through one:on:one sessions, small groups, and targeted interventions. Starting in September, we offer both part:time and full:time hours. Our schools are proud of their community:focused ethos, ensuring every child is valued. Candidates must have prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or in a similar capacity within educational or care environments. The schools accommodate mixed ability and SEN learners, with approximately 70+ pupils at each location. They provide a broad and balanced curriculum, with performance levels exceeding the national average. This is an exceptional opportunity you wont want to miss.
