- Individual Support: Provide personalised assistance to students with SEMH or moderate learning needs.
- Classroom Assistance: Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver differentiated lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Intervention Strategies: Assist in implementing behavioural and learning strategies tailored to individual student needs.
- Encouragement: Build positive relationships with students to foster confidence and independence.
