We’re looking for a Conveyancing Trainer at Simplify, the UK's largest conveyancing and property services group.

The Conveyancing Trainer will play a key part in our in-house Learning and Development team by working to design and implement training programmes, with the support of the wider team and a digital online learning platform.

The Role:

• The role is ideal for an experienced Conveyancer who wants to transition into a learning and development role.
• You will support the delivery of learning programs for the Conveyancing divisions and help develop digital learning content and eLearning.
• You'll deliver virtual training sessions via MS Teams, and occasionally in-person, and create bespoke learning initiatives based on team requirements.
  
  

What do we need from you?

Requirements:

• Experience as a Conveyancer or a Technical Specialist in the field.
• Interest in learning and development; prior experience in this area is not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage training groups.
• Strong Customer Service skills and experience
• A desire to support and develop others in their learning journey.
• Ability to travel within your region and beyond to deliver in-person sessions (full driving license required).
  
  

Ideal Experience (although not essential):

• Experience in Conveyancing training, with knowledge of training design, delivery, creation of digital learning content, and evaluating learning programs.
