Purpose of the role
As Learning & Development Manager, you will be a key strategic partner in fostering a culture of continuous learning, excellence and belonging. You will design and implement transformational learning experiences that align with our organizational goals, prioritising people, teams, culture and performance across marketing, sales, and medical affairs.
What to expect:
In this vital role, you will develop dynamic partnerships with cross-functional leaders to drive Learning and Development initiatives that shape the future of our organization. You will apply your expertise to identify critical skill gaps and develop tailored solutions that empower our teams in Field Force Effectiveness, Marketing, and Medical Affairs. Expect to have a hands-on impact as you implement innovative learning strategies, harness groundbreaking AI tools, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your influence will be key in enhancing performance and cultivating a coaching mindset across the organization.
