As the Learning and Development Specialist, you’ll support the design, delivery and record management of operational and mandatory training content across the Lantern Group. You will have day to day administration responsibility for the Group’s digital learning platform, enrolling new joiners and existing employees onto required learning content and providing compliance data reporting for audit purposes (external and internal). You will have responsibility for supporting the business to achieve relevant accreditations, to meet both trade body standards and regulatory adherence, including the CSA CAI accreditation for collectors. You will deliver knowledge workshops and oversee the invigilation of exams for circa 100 agents. You will be responsible for delivering corporate induction, new starter training plans and supporting non-customer facing team development initiatives, including enrolling staff on existing training content and sourcing appropriate external training programs and upskilling courses.
