We are Community Integrated Care a national Health and Social Care Organisation supporting people with autism, learning disabilities and mental health issues and we are looking to recruit a Learning and Development Administrator to join our award winning Learning and Development Team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
The ideal candidate will be based in the North West as travel to our head office in Widnes will be required at least once a week.

Skills And Experience
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be well organised with excellent attention to detail ensuring that all Learning and Development activity is administered efficiently and correctly, providing a professional and supportive service to our Learners and stakeholders.

Day to Day (list not exhaustive see attached job description)
- Managing the inbox, providing 1st line support for all Learning and Development queries.
- Providing administrative support for all Learning and Development programmes including Inductions, GROW, Leadership and Management programmes, Qualifications and Apprenticeships.
- Supporting the administration and maintenance of the Charity’s Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring accurate records and positive learner experience.
- Coordinating Learning and Development updates across communication channels.
- Supporting with financial administration and the maintenance of our preferred supplier list.
- Any other duties relating to the role.
Skills And Experience
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be well organised with excellent attention to detail ensuring that all Learning and Development activity is administered efficiently and correctly, providing a professional and supportive service to our Learners and stakeholders.
- Achieved or willing to work towards a Level 2 Business Administration
- GCSE in Math’s and English
- Highly organised, with good prioritisation skills to balance multiple tasks
- Ability to maintain high attention to detail and produce accurate documentation
- IT Skills - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with a Learning Management System (Cornerstone) would be advantageous, not essential.
