We have exciting opportunity for a Learner Enrolment Tutor to join our award team at Paragon Skills. In this learner focused enrolment support role, you will provide an outstanding enrolment and induction experience to our health and social care learners and employers, setting the scene for their future learning journey.

Key responsibilities:

• Experience Book learners and employers onto their enrolment and induction day through a centralised diary
• Guide the learner and employer through the enrolment process
• Carry out skills scans with learners to identify learning needs
  
  

Requirements:

What we need from you:

• Experience delivering Health & Social Care apprenticeships on the new apprenticeship standards
• A strong track record of supporting learners through End Point Assessment
• Relevant occupational competency within the Health & Social Care sector
• Minimum of Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English
• Assessor or teaching qualification (AET, DET, Cert Ed, PGCE)
• Ability to manage a caseload of learners with varying learning requirements
• Knowledge of different types of learning styles and how to practically apply this knowledge to ensure all learners have a tailored and supportive learning journey
• Experience of enrolling and inducting learners and getting starts live first time
