We're seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Veterinary Surgeon who's ready to take the next step into a rewarding leadership role. As Lead Vet, you'll work closely with our supportive Director of Practice to guide and inspire the clinical team across our newly refurbished/extended main site and two branch practices - Summerview and Summergrove.

Responsibilities
As Clinical Lead, you'll help maintain and evolve our clinical protocols to ensure we continue delivering the highest standard of veterinary care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Clinical duties
- Clinical audits
- Leading monthly vet meetings
- Running quarterly morbidity and mortality (M&M) rounds
- Conducting appraisals
- Collaborating to further integrate our two sole-charge branches into the wider practice
