About the role…
We are currently recruiting for a Lead Team Manager to support the operation within our Warehouse Team at our Lichfield Distribution Centre, Fradley Park. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment to assist the Shift Operations Manager in maintaining performance of the warehouse operations.
Working hours; Rotating shift pattern - 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

What You’ll Be Doing…
- You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Warehouse Team Managers and their teams, ensuring that the smooth running of operations and productivity and quality objectives are met consistently.
- You’ll be responsible for ensuring the site works within legislative requirements and will take account of health & safety at all times.
- You’ll be living and breathing the culture of safety, ensuring all team members receive effective business communications and you will develop an open and honest environment.
- You’ll ensure all working procedures are clearly defined and cascaded, with regular reviews to ensure effectiveness.
- You’ll be proactive in seeking improvements in process/methods of operating.
- You will have a focus along with the management team on shift to ensure cost and performance is in line with the site budget.
- You’ll demonstrate strong leadership behaviours and cross shift communication skills.
- You’ll display commitment and enthusiasm and be acting as an ambassador to the Team Manager population.
- You’ll have strong change management experience to ensure the operation is continuously looking at ways of working and improvement.
