The Role

As our Lead Project Manager, you’ll be both a hands-on delivery expert and an inspiring team leader. You’ll oversee a portfolio of projects, coach and develop the Project Delivery Team, and ensure high-quality results that align with our organisational goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, integrity, and making a real impact.

What You Will Do

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Project Managers and Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with governance and compliance standards.
  • Act as the escalation point for risks and issues, providing clear and solution-focused updates to senior leadership.
  • Manage resources and budgets responsibly, with accountability for commercial performance across projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Drive adoption of best practices, frameworks, and processes to enhance delivery consistency and efficiency.
