Scope of Work:

Kent’s are undertaking the Detailed Design, Follow On Engineering, Purchase Order Technical support for a confidential customer, Home Office support for Site Technical Queries and Site Construction and Commissioning support. Specific items to note include:

• Final (post-award) FEED Endorsement and queries.
• Detailed Engineering covering the full scope
• Procurement Engineering (Technical part of requisitions), including Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) of major tagged items, including process vessels, tanks, control systems, electrical systems, etc.
• Major tagged equipment FAT’s and Vendor visits, including controls system and electrical systems.

• Project Planning and Progress Measurement System
• Project S-Curves and Resourcing Profiles
• Look Ahead Reports
• Critical Path Analysis and Optimisation Reports
