In a Nutshell
Reporting into the UK Manufacturing and Global Development Manager, with Health and Safety at the forefront of everything you do, you will be responsible for the continuity of the Manufacturing operation through the reliability of all assets. You will be expected to be proactive in your approach to maintenance, building a bottom up PPM programme and ensuring the relevant spares inventory are available. You should be analytical and data driven, identifying areas of downtime and addressing root cause with the wider operational team.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious, driven and organised individual. You’ll gain the opportunity to implement and drive change, whilst ‘putting your stamp’ on Bulk Engineering and creating something that is your own.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Implement an exemplary PPM programme for the Bulk manufacturing process.
- Upkeep a CMMS to track and monitor the efficiency of our existing systems and processes, whilst considering where we can make improvements and implement them.
- Managing multiple projects across the site, during various demand peaks for the year.
- Control spare parts inventory when required by the business.
- Manage and coordinate external contractors on specific projects.
- Full project management for the implementation of new processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis investigations and provide suggestions on how to mitigate risks.
- Understanding regulations around equipment reliability and actioning reasonable causes for concern as and when needed throughout the site.
- Collect and analyse downtime data in accordance with systems mentioned above.
- Manage Engineering budget and ensure we remain within our forecast.
- Suggesting improvements to our process when needed in times of high demand
- Effective communication throughout the team when handling new or existing projects.
Hard Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- Significant experience handling manufacturing process for a similar business.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously when needed.
- A naturally analytical mindset with a meticulous outlook on data and efficiency.
- Highly organised and capable of delegating instructions effectively.
