Responsible for the IT infrastructure and systems that underpin myenergi's operations. Ensure that our business IT operates reliably and provides value for money.
Constantly working to improve the myenergi systems and processes through the effective use of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Provide reports to the management team as new systems are implemented in the office or production. Interact with members of the myenergi team at all levels.
Responsibilities
Support all departments with every aspect of IT requirement, including daily workloads, development plans, performance improvement planning, etc
IT systems, processes relating to business IT systems, including resilient and high-performance internet connectivity
VOIP Telephones
Office and Production IT networks / Wi-Fi
Provision of computers (desktops / laptops) + printers, scanners etc
Establishing and executing the IT Security Policies
Data backup and retention
Establishing the use of SharePoint, including workflows and approvals processes as appropriate to support the myenergi Quality and Environmental Management Systems
All recurrent business software licences
Continue to develop business improvement opportunities for all business-related IT software, systems, and processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent IT skills with the ability to inspire confidence and motivation.
Successful track record in developing and implementing IT solutions to support business needs.
Detail-oriented and organised, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative and contribute innovative ideas.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle best practices (ITIL, DevOps, Agile Service management (ASM) etc).
Knowledge of IT Security best practice, especially Application Security
Strong analytical, research, and decision-making skills for complex service delivery.
