About The Role
As our Lead Digital Capabilities Product Owner, you'll
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of the ACE platform, ensuring our assessment operations are connected, efficient, and competitive
- Lead a talented team, championing agile practices while developing a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Work closely with your peers in Assessment Operations, Digital and Data, Propositions and Technology teams to coordinate the development of digital capabilities across the portfolio
- Shape new digital capabilities, from adaptive testing to AI-enabled scoring, and help Cambridge remain at the forefront of assessment innovation
- Influence multi-million-pound investment decisions and ensure our solutions meet the high standards of quality, security, and regulatory compliance
You are an experienced digital product leader with a strong track record in delivering large-scale digital solutions. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in digital assessment platforms, agile product management, and stakeholder engagement.
You bring:
- Significant experience leading digital transformation and managing complex projects.
- Deep understanding of digital assessment, modular architectures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management skills.
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, innovative mindset and resilience in fast-paced environments.
