Learner Data Services Assistant
Role Description
We are looking to appoint a Learner Data Service assistants to support the National Delivery team at West Lancashire College. This area of our delivery has grown considerably over the past year and the new staff member will be required to work flexibly across data and exams roles in order to meet deadlines. Main duties include:
This post is fixed-term until February 16th 2026 with the possibility of a permanent position after this date. Job share will also be considered.

- enrolment related tasks
- supporting the preparation of data for submission to ESFA
- contacting students with enrolment queries
- Registering, claiming and achieving students
This post is fixed-term until February 16th 2026 with the possibility of a permanent position after this date. Job share will also be considered.
