About Us

We specialise in holiday property management and marketing services for a portfolio of short-term rentals as well as linen-hire services. Our services are at the heart of the hospitality industry, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service to our customers.

We are seeking to expand our team existing team and require dedicated individuals who will work together alongside our office team to manage our weekly linen processing requirements. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive their linen deliveries on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Laundry Services: Operate commercial washing machines, tumble dryers, and roller irons. Sort, pack, and maintain linen stocks, ensuring quality control and detailed record-keeping.
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain an orderly warehouse environment with a focus on quality assurance and efficiency.
  • Housekeeping: Provide housekeeping services as needed, ensuring that properties are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively within a small team, communicating clearly and being willing to assist other team members and the office team as required.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to the needs of the business, especially during the busy summer season, with Friday and Saturday availability being essential.
  • Driving: Occasionally drive a small van for deliveries, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License: valid and without any points or other driving related convictions, with the ability to drive a small van when necessary.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a commercial laundry service, handling commercial washing machines, tumble dryers, and roller irons.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality assurance and meticulous record-keeping.
  • IT Competency: Proficient in using IT for email communication and record keeping.
  • Work Ethic: Professional, conscientious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

  • Manual Handling Training: Up-to-date certification in manual handling, although not essential.
  • Education: GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent)
