What you’ll do:
We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a passion for hard and soft landscaping to deliver outstanding commercial projects, on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
This is more than just managing builds, it’s about shaping landscapes, leading talented teams, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and oversee commercial landscaping projects from £30k to £2M.
Lead and inspire site managers and field teams (3–20 people).
Track and manage budgets, P&L, and supplier negotiations.
Ensure health & safety excellence on every site.
Write RAMS and keep compliance spot-on.
Plan resources, plant, equipment, and materials effectively.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, you’ll be their go-to person.
Spot opportunities for growth and contribute to business development.
What you'll bring:
3+ years’ experience in construction project delivery, ideally including landscaping.
Black or Gold CSCS NVQ, SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid, Pro-Qual Level 4.
Strong knowledge of hard and/or soft landscaping practices.
Proven ability to manage budgets and hit KPIs.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence.
