We’re looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Knife Hand Operative to join our production team and help deliver the high standards our customers expect. You’ll be responsible for expertly trimming, boning, portioning, and grading fillets – ensuring each product meets our quality promise. If you’ve got a keen eye, steady hand, and a passion for doing your best work every day, we’d love to hear from you.
06:00am-18:00pm 4 days on, 4 days off
Pay: £12.21 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision cutting, trimming, and portioning of fillets to meet exacting product specifications
- Maintain high safety standards in the use, cleaning, and storage of your assigned knife
- Help uphold a clean, efficient, and quality-focused working environment
- Contribute to a strong team dynamic where safety, quality, and performance go hand in hand
- Experienced in knife handling, with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Familiar with product grading and quality standards
- Safety-aware, reliable, and ready to work as part of a close-knit team
