Kitchen Assistant

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our Kitchen brigade and play a vital role to support the smooth operation of the Spa Kitchen. The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for

• Preparing food ingredients and dishes
• Reviewing kitchen inventory and determining what items are needed
• Unloading fresh supplies and organising the stockroom
• Checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock
• Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
  
  

Our Ideal Candidate Should

• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Embrace a hands-on approach in handling various tasks to support our kitchen operation
• Demonstrate efficiency in managing dishwashing and ensuring a steady supply of clean kitchenware
• Show dedication in maintaining high hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations
• Be a reliable and proactive team player, contributing to overall efficiency of the kitchen
