The Role: As a Kitchen Porter at Carluccio’s, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our chefs and ensuring that the kitchen is always clean, safe, and well-organised. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Keep the Kitchen Spotless: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and ensuring work surfaces are clean and sanitary.
- Support the Team: Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, and help with organising and storing deliveries.
- Manage Waste: Properly dispose of waste and recycling, keeping the kitchen area tidy and free of hazards.
- Stock and Organize: Help with the organisation and restocking of ingredients and supplies, making sure the kitchen is always ready for service.
- Ensure Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone in the kitchen.
