About the Role

Our client is seeking a Kitchen Manager Designate to join and support their growing culinary team across Lancashire. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the food experience in a unique hospitality setting that blends cinema with quality dining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate kitchen teams to deliver consistent, high-quality food and service.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations including rotas, ordering, and stock control.
  • Maintain full compliance with health and food safety standards.
  • Ensure food presentation and quality meet brand standards.
  • Work closely with venue management to align kitchen performance with business goals.
  • Support staff development through hands-on training and mentoring.

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Sous Chef in a fast-paced or branded environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Genuine passion for food, customer service, and team development.
  • Commercially minded with attention to operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
