What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Leading, training, and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the management team to drive the restaurant’s success.
- Creating a positive and motivating work environment in the kitchen.
- Handling any kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly.
- Proven experience in a kitchen management role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a kitchen team.
- A passion for cooking and delivering consistently great food.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a high-energy environment.
