The Antiseptics business area at Mölnlycke is focused on eliminating bacteria that cause healthcare acquired infections.

As the new Key Account Manager for the Antiseptics portfolio, you will be key to our success as we develop our latest partnership in the UK market. Utilising your experience of operating theatre environments you will develop our Antiseptics business within the Central geography, through the maintenance and growth of profitable relationships.

You’ll make significant contributions in the following areas:

  • Develop and grow sales for total regional Steriwave & antiseptics products to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Leverage existing customer relationships to gain access to new markets
  • Effectively planning and prioritising sales activities and customer contact
  • Foster a positive team environment of best practice and shared successes
  • Utilise relationships to arrange product evaluations/trials and to create case studies
  • Create commercial proposals and utilise effectively in customer negotiations
  • Liaise with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and convert these into product advocates
  • Progress sales opportunities through pipeline to successful implementation and closure
  • Become a trusted advisor and attain high levels of customer loyalty and advocacy

What You’ll Get

  • Salary circa £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Need

  • Clear med-device sales experience within a surgical/theatre environment
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets and building business relationships
  • Degree in a related field such as Business or Marketing would be beneficial
  • Well-developed communication at clinical and business level
  • Strong multichannel solution selling background
