As a Key Account Manager based in London you’ll be responsible for:
- Attending offsite customer visits to build strong relationships and upsell products
- Maintain strong communication with branch managers, keeping them involved in the sales process
- To generate new business through cold outreach and lead generation, which will contribute to year on year sales growth
- To update Salesforce regularly, ensuring all information is accurate and recorded
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous account management experience
- To be able to manage complex issues, deliver results and work well with a wider team
- Experience in building a sales territory plan
- Industry experience is desirable
