Junior Video Editor

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Video Editor to join our in-house growing team in Norwich.

You will be responsible for assisting with the post-production of video content with a focus on editing and colour grading.

You will be responsible for pre-shoot inventory check and pack. Preparing footage for editing and grading.

You may also be required to set up and operate camera and lighting equipment for video interview/talking head content on an ad-hoc basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience, either in a workplace or educational setting, and will be professional, friendly and approachable. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job role includes:

• Video post-production (Premier Pro)
• Creating first-cut edits of content ready for internal or client review
• Uploading content to review platforms for client review, and keeping on top of client comments as they arrive
• Completing video revisions following client instructions
• Using video recording platforms to remotely record speakers for video and podcasts
• Providing technical support to recording call participants when required
• Ad hoc travel for filming at events and shoots

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Premier Pro for editing
• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for grading
• Ability to set up and operate lighting and camera equipment
• General knowledge of Adobe suite
• Being a team player
• Self-motivated
• Time-focused being able to deliver high quality work on time
• Organised
• Keen to learn, develop and contribute
