We’re expanding our Trading department and looking for additional Competitive Gaming Junior Traders to join our dynamic team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in sports trading, working with cutting-edge products in a rapidly growing sector.

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)

Hours: 40 hours/week including evenings, weekends, and night shifts

Salary: £29,942 per annum + excellent benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Trading SIS competitive gaming products across multiple sports
• Compiling odds for pre-match and in-play markets
• Monitoring and managing live betting markets
• Providing feedback to improve trading models and tools
• Supporting fellow traders and collaborating across teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with a solid grasp of probabilities
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
• Ability to react quickly and accurately to live events
• Self-motivated team player with great communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in sports betting (professional or personal)
• Passion for basketball, football, American football, or baseball
• Knowledge of competitive gaming and B2B client needs
• Advanced Excel and mathematical modelling skills
