Overview
The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across our Core Payments, Commercial New Payment Flows, and International Marketing Communications teams in Europe. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing great talent, and delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Overview
The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across our Core Payments, Commercial New Payment Flows, and International Marketing Communications teams in Europe. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing great talent, and delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

All About The Role
- Manage requisitions across three business units, supporting a variety of hiring needs.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external candidates, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers to tailor sourcing strategies and attract top talent.
- Collaborate on creating engaging job ads for current openings.
- Advertise roles on careers pages, job boards, and social networks such as LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial screening of passive candidates and support interview coordination.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines in our CRM for future hiring needs.
- Uphold and follow designated TA processes and systems.
- Monitor sourcing effectiveness using key performance indicators (e.g. time-to-fill, pipeline quality, direct sourcing success).
- Support strategic TA projects aimed at improving operational excellence.
- You bring experience from either an agency or in-house recruitment environment, ideally in a sourcing, coordination, or junior recruiter role.
- A strong communicator and relationship builder.
- Curious and agile, with the ability to absorb and interpret technical and business information.
- Organised and proactive, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a collaborative mindset.
- Commercially aware, understanding the impact of talent acquisition on business success.
- Comfortable working to service-level agreements and recruitment timelines.
- Experience working in or with matrix organisation model.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
- This role is based in our Harrogate office and follows our hybrid working policy of 3 days per week in the office.
