The Long House are on the lookout for a Junior Sous to join the team. You will be keen to learn new skills that will help you work towards the next level of your career. You will already have a great understanding of food and the industry, and you will be ready to share this knowledge with the younger team. Taking on more responsibility to become a better chef and teacher.
