We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Tester to join our Quality Assurance team.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the QA Lead to assist in ensuring the quality and performance of our mobile application products through manual and automated testing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with limited experience in software testing or those looking to grow in the field.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for technology and a methodical approach to testing with an excellent eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and the wider team to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Create acceptance tests to define the criteria for successful implementation - Write and execute manual test cases to identify software defects
- Ensure that completed development work meets specified requirements and adheres to quality standards
- Investigate, identify, reproduce, and document defects, inconsistencies, and bugs using a bug-tracking system
- Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to team discussions about testing strategies and best practices
- Assist in the development and maintenance of testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Conduct regression testing and verify bug fixes - Help improve testing processes and tools to enhance overall efficiency
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in QA and testing methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Organisational skills to effectively prioritise and manage workload
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python) is a plus - Knowledge of mobile application testing
- Understanding of API testing and database testing
