As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the team in bringing creative ideas to life across various channels, including digital, TVC, and print media. You will have a foundational understanding of photography and video and will be eager to learn how to combine big ideas with creative problem-solving. In this role, you will assist in managing the production process, working closely with internal stakeholders, creatives, studio functions, and outside suppliers.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll be doing the following:

  • Assist in planning and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Support the Head of Projects by preparing project updates and participating in daily production meetings to track progress and milestones.
  • Help generate weekly/monthly reports on current and upcoming projects, including budget tracking and highlighting any potential risks.
  • Communicate with Heads of Departments and workflow managers to ensure resources are properly allocated for smooth project execution.
  • Manage day-to-day communications on key projects and support the Studio Production Service Team in maintaining relationships.


What We're Looking For:

  • Some experience or relevant internships in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of business and production processes.
  • Awareness of fashion content trends is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Resilience and willingness to learn.
