Responsibilities
- Reporting to a Project Manager.
- Manage a variety of projects in accordance with the company processes and procedures.
- Weekly tracking of KPIs of all allocated projects in terms of: Deliverables, Time, Cost and Quality.
- Management of project resource demand and update the wider business by communicating accurate representation of the resource levels using the current systems
- Control of project invoicing and management of payments with Finance Department and correct profiling within the business forecasting system.
- Management of Risk (through reduction) and Opportunity (through optimisation) in accordance with company procedures.
- Track and monitor current cost for multiple projects, applying estimates and identifying when current budget will end.
- Assist in creating quotations and estimating costs.
- Collect timesheets for multiple projects and ensure hours are inputted on the system accurately, meeting the weekly deadlines.
- Assist with new starters and ensure they have all correct software and equipment to start
- Maintaining project documents and other information in the project repository ensuring easy access and usability by the project team.
- A-Level (or equivalent) in Maths and English at least at Grade C (or equivalent).
- Existing PM experience
- Competent user of Microsoft office suite; including Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint.
- Good written and communication skills
- Strong people skills
- Experience in an similar role or in a administrative role would be beneficial
- Strong understanding of local and corporate processes
- Confident in understanding other functions and challenging data where appropriate
- This role may require security clearance and our offer of employment will be dependent on obtaining the appropriate level of clearance. The details of this requirement will be discussed at interview.

- Candidate must be UK British National due to the nature of the project
