Role Overview


We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive to support our media and analytics teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is interested in digital marketing and enjoys working with data.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in both programmatic trading and marketing analytics helping to activate, monitor, and optimise advertising campaigns, while also contributing to performance reporting, invoicing, and general campaign support. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with senior team members and clients, giving you a solid foundation in media operations and client service.


Key Responsibilities


Campaign & Trading Support:


  • Assist in the set-up, execution and ongoing management of programmatic campaigns
  • Monitor daily performance and pacing, proactively identifying issues and recommending optimisations
  • Confidently communicate with clients and senior stakeholders, providing clear updates and support


Analytics & Reporting:


  • Extract and analyse campaign data from media and analytics platforms
  • Support creation of clear, accurate, and actionable reports for both internal teams and client use
  • Help maintain and enhance internal performance dashboard and contribute to performance reviews


Operations & Admin:


  • Support invoicing, campaign reconciliations, and liaising with media vendors
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, trackers, and project timelines
  • Provide ad hoc support across research, documentation, and general administrative tasks as required


What We’re Looking For:


  • A strong interest in marketing, with a particular focus on data and analytics
  • Confident working with data particularly using Excel to identify and interpreting numerical trends
  • Enthusiastic about learning new platforms and technologies, including AI-powered tools
  • Professional and clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive in approach
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to get stuck in
  • Bonus: Familiarity with any DSPs (e.g. DV360, Beeswax, The Trade Desk) or analytics tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Google Analytics)
  • Bonus: Interest in financial services, investment trends, or B2B advertising
