About the Company
A specialist UX design consultancy working with both fast-growth startups and global brands including McDonald’s, Deloitte, and HSBC. They partner with clients end-to-end across research, strategy, design, and product development, tackling complex design challenges across multiple industries.
The Role
This is an opportunity for an ambitious junior designer to develop as a Product Manager with a strong UX/UI focus. You’ll work alongside senior designers and product managers, gaining exposure to the full product design lifecycle — from research and journey mapping to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
You will support live client projects while learning best-in-class UX processes inside a fast-paced design studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support UX and UI design tasks across multiple projects
- Help shape customer journeys, experience maps, and service flows
- Assist in planning and conducting user research and usability testing
- Work with Product Managers to align features with product vision
- Create concepts, sketches, prototypes and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to the development of design systems and component libraries
- Use modern design tools (Figma) to deliver high-quality outputs
- Translate research into actionable design decisions and product improvements
- Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams
About You - Must haves
- Strong portfolio showing design thinking and visual craft
- Solid knowledge of Figma and modern design workflows
- Passion for UX, UI, and digital product development
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset and problem-solving approach
- Organised, detail-driven, and able to prioritise effectively
- Collaborative, curious, and open to feedback
Bonus Skills (Not essential)
- Examples of real client or live project work
- Experience in data or information design
- Interest in writing or design-led content / thought leadership
