What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Manager whose main mission will be to manage Paid Media campaigns for a multi-brand, multi-national client.
As part of the Data & Insight area, this role will combine account management skills along with Paid Search and Social expertise with an analytical mindset to activate data and offer a joined-up customer experience, optimise conversion and deliver ROI.
You will be the Paid Media expert responsible for activity that is related to Paid Search and Paid Social across all platforms, primarily Paid Search initially.

This role can be based on a remote basis with some travel to one of our offices/a client office.

You will be the Paid Media expert responsible for activity that is related to Paid Search and Paid Social across all platforms, primarily Paid Search initially.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with client objectives
- Manage and oversee multiple paid media accounts across various platforms (primarily Paid Search)
- Monitor and analyse paid media performance metrics to optimise campaigns
- Create and manage test plans to grow channel performance
- Ensure that all campaign follow a robust QA process and errors are minimised
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide strategic recommendations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid media marketing
- Feed into best practice and channel enhancements training for client
- Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, is desirable
- Proven experience in Paid Media, with around 2-4 years of experience, with an emphasis on Paid Search
- The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for Paid Search, with a background of developing accounts and delivering for clients. Creating really strong relationships and being a proactive team player.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
